Engineer turned editor.

I came from geotechnical engineering at Georgia Tech. Now I edit YouTube videos. The transition makes more sense than it sounds! Retention curves, algorithm behavior, and audience psychology are just data problems with a creative layer on top. I treat them the same way I used to treat any engineering problem.

My first major project as a full-time editor was for SpoonFedStudy, a 340K subscriber channel. The video ranked #10 of 82 on the channel, hit 166K views in week one, drove +20K new subscribers, and produced a 1,033% increase in comment engagement producing 19,700 likes, and over 1700 comments.

I handle long-form editing, short-form cuts, sponsor ad creation. I work with international clients and I take deadlines seriously.
